WHAT DOES FANTORIA CREATE?

Starting with picture books, we produce all relevant content that allows us to both tell engaging childlike stories and immerse people into our whimsical world.

ARE YOU A PUBLISHER?

Yes. But, not in a traditional sense. While we do publish books, each one is completely made in-house to maintain an overall narrative that is weaved across all content.

I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A FANTORIA PROJECT. WHO DO I SEND IT TO?

Fantoria does not accept creative submissions of any kind.

I CHANGED MY MIND ON A PURCHASE. CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. A full merchandise credit will be given if the returned product is in a resalable condition. If the product is defective or is returned as a result of Fantoria's error, full credit will also be given for shipping in both directions. If in any instance a refund is granted, credit cards will be refunded in USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank. In order for us to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 30 days of placing the order or 15 days within the delivery of the order. Send us an email with photos and details. Please include your order number in the subject.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, email and telephone number. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships. To track your package, click or copy the tracking number from your email and visit the corresponding carrier website to track.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all domestic orders with USPS, UPS or FEDEX. International orders via DHL.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS OR PAYPAL?

We do not accept payments by check, and PayPal is not presently supported on FANTORIA.COM. We currently accept Visa or Mastercard payments only.

Yes. Please email us.

CAN YOU REPLACE TORN OR DAMAGES PACKAGING?

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.
